Chicken marinated in olive vinegar
Ingredients
- Chicken fillets
- Olive vinegar
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Dijon mustard
- Honey
- Lemon juice
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh parsley.
Instructions
Prepare the marinade by mixing olive vinegar, olive oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Marinate the chicken fillets for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the chicken fillets in a frying pan over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
