A propos

The Great Constantine Vinegar Factory (GVC)

is an Algerian company specialising in the production of high-quality vinegar, intended for both food preservation and everyday culinary use.

Our expertise dates back to the 1950s, with the introduction of the double fermentation manufacturing process in Constantine. This expertise, initially developed by the French company Dessault, was taken over and enhanced after nationalisation, then perpetuated by Algerian players committed to preserving this industrial tradition.

In 2000, GVC underwent a major turning point with its creation by Mr Boulmerka Tarek. The company then embarked on a process of continuous modernisation, acquiring state-of-the-art equipment and a fully automated production line from an internationally renowned German firm.
