Chicken escalopes with lemon vinegar

Ingredients

  • Chicken cutlets
  • lemon vinegar
  • honey
  • soy sauce
  • grated ginger
  • olive oil.

Preparation

Marinate the chicken cutlets in a mixture of lemon vinegar, honey, soy sauce and grated ginger for at least 30 minutes.
Cook in a frying pan with a little olive oil until golden brown and cooked through.
