Chicken with grape vinegar and herbs

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grape vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Thyme and rosemary (dried or fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

Cook the chicken: Season and brown the chicken fillets in olive oil.
Prepare the sauce: Fry the onion and garlic.
Add vinegar, stock, honey, mustard,
thyme, and rosemary.
Return the chicken to the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Add the
butter. Garnish with parsley.
