Shrimps sautéed in garlic vinegar

Ingredients

  • 500g peeled prawns
  • 1/4 cup garlic vinegar
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add the prawns and remove them once browned.
In the same pan, add the garlic and fry gently.
Deglaze the pan with the garlic vinegar and lemon juice, scraping the cooking juices from the bottom of the pan.
Return the prawns to the pan and mix them with the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
